Meet Robert Odle of Odle Law, LLC
My given and family name is Robert Phillip Odle. My friends call me Bob. I hope you will call
me Bob.
I was born in Oceanside, California. I attended grade school through my first year of college in
San Marcos, California, six miles inland from my place of birth.
In 1983 I graduated from Lubbock Christian University in Lubbock, Texas. That Fall, I entered
Law School at Texas Tech University, also in Lubbock, graduating in 1986.
While in Law School, I worked in the Law Offices of Sol O. Thomas, my future father-in-law.
Mr. Thomas was a real estate broker, ran for political office, and taught me how to run a small
law office.
Right after graduating Law School, I went home to California and passed its Bar Exam on the
first try. It is one of the most difficult in the nation to pass. Two years later I passed the Bar
Exam in Colorado. In 1995, I was granted reciprocal admission into the Texas State Bar.
In 1988 I went to work for the District Attorney in the 6th Judicial District of Colorado
(Durango, Silverton, and Pagosa Springs). There I learned my way around a courtroom. I also
learned how "the system" functions from an inside perspective.
As a younger man, after several years of practicing law, I entered the ministry full-time. My
family and I served as missionaries in Cuernavaca, Mexico. My Spanish is rough but I get by.
I have also served two churches as their minister, one in Houston, Texas and the other in
Richmond, Virginia, Now I have returned to the practice of law in the State that I love the most -
Colorado!
I work hard, I care about people, and I hate seeing the little guy getting steamrolled by the
system.

Pro Bono Representation and Modest Means Fee Agreements
We offer our fair share of legal services to those who cannot afford them. For those barely getting by, we offer reduced retainers and monthly payments plans. Our fee structure is based on the El Paso County Bar Association’s Modest Means Program.
Community Seminars and Public Speaking
We offer Estate Planning Seminars throughout the year. These are offered in local libraries on a regular basis. We also serve as guest speakers at workshops, conferences, and other local events.
